Not at all! We welcome riders of all skill levels, including complete beginners. Our introductory trail rides are specifically designed for first-timers, and our guides will walk you through everything you need to know.

We recommend long pants (jeans work great), closed-toe shoes with a small heel, and layers for cooler mornings. Avoid loose, flowing clothing. Helmets are provided and required for all riders.

We offer full refunds for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance. Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no charge, or will receive a 50% credit toward a future booking.

Yes! Children 6 and older may ride. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian who will sign a liability waiver on arrival. We have gentle, kid-friendly horses perfect for younger riders.

For the safety and comfort of our horses, we have a maximum rider weight of 250 lbs (113 kg). Please contact us if you have any questions.
